Chinese steel output.

China steel boom to last five more years

China’s steel boom will last for another five years and then growth will start to slow, said Zhang Changan, grassroots investigator in China for World Steel Dynamics.

This year China accounted for over 40% of the world’s steel...

40%?
It is shocking. What they are talking about?China want to reach the 50% of the world steel output?

I know an interesting aspect of the investment. If a company market share/demand for the product growing, then they starting to brought more an more machine.
Usualy it is happen in an exponential manner,so they have one machine, they brought a few more, after ten more and so on.
Usualy ,in the last wave they brought the biggest potion of the machines, and at that point they think that the issues with the machines will not make problems for them in the future, becaus in the next wave they will be able to change the problematic parameters of the machines.
And of course it is usualy not true. They will have the problems with the machines for years after the last, final wave.
